Abstract:
The Research Aims to Study the Effectiveness of the Self-Directed Learning Strategy Based on Artificial Intelligence Applications for Developing Fashion Design Skills Inspired by Fractals and Visual-Spatial Visualization among Home Economics Students, the Importance of Research lies in Raising the level of fashion design skills Inspired by Fractal and Visual-Spatial Visualization for Students by Using an Artificial Intelligence Application to Generate Images, to Achieve the Research Goal, the Two Researchers Used the Descriptive-Analytical Approach to Prepare the Theoretical Framework and Previous Studies, "the Quasi-Experimental Method to Determine the Impact of Independent Variables on Dependent Variables;" to Check Research Assignments and Answer their Questions, the Experimental Processing Tool Included Self-Directed Experiential Learning Based on Using Artificial Intelligence Application to Generate Images with Two Tools (Text) and (Text & Image), the Research Tools Included: a Achievement Test for the Cognitive Aspect Related to Fashion Design Skills Inspired by Fractals (Prepared by the Two Researchers),a Visual-Spatial Visualization Test Is Also Linked to Fashion Design Skills (Prepared by the Two Researchers), Final Product Evaluation Card for Women's Fashion Designs Inspired by Fractals (Prepared by the Researchers), the Research Sample Consisted of (50) Male and Female Students from the First Level in Home Economics, They Were Divided into Two Experimental Groups, the First Group Consists of Students Who Study Using Self-Directed Learning Based on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Application to Generate Images with (Text) Tool, the Second Group Consists of Students Who Study Using Self-Directed Learning Based on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Application to Generate Images with (Text & Image) Tool, after applying the research tools beforehand to verify the equality of the two research groups, the Two Researchers Conducted the Research Experiment on the Students and Then Applied the Research Tools Afterward, Results of the Study Showed the Effectiveness of Self-Directed Learning Guided by Artificial Intelligence Applications on the Students of the First Experimental Group, the Second Experimental Group Is in Favor of the Second Experimental Group in Developing both Cognitive Achievement, Visual-Spatial Visualization, and the Final Product Evaluation Card for Women’s Fashion Designs Inspired by Fractals (as a Whole) and in Every point, The Results Confirmed a positive significant correlation at the level (α≤0.01) between the Grades of the Two Experimental Research Groups in the Cognitive Achievement Test, the Spatial Visual Visualization Scale, and the Evaluation Card of the Final Product for Women's Fashion Designs Inspired by Fractals.
