Abstract: The world is enhancing awareness of people with special needs to achieve sustainable development goals by 2030, preparing them for the labor market and integrating them into society. Researchers emphasize the importance of addressing hearing disability and its potential skills through appropriate educational and training programs to enable individuals to meet their living requirements. The study aims to develop a training program for people with hearing disabilities to improve their fashion skills, self-sufficiency, and independence in clothing shopping, while also providing information and support. Researchers at Zagazig University have developed a training program for 25 deaf and hard of hearing students to learn fashion drawing and design skills. The program includes a cognitive achievement scale, a note card for skill assessment, and a questionnaire for design estimation. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level between the average scores of the female students in the pre- and post-application” Effectiveness” of the training program. There were statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 between the average scores of the female students in the pre- and post-application of the cognitive achievement test in the training program. There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 between the average scores of the female students in the pre- and post-application for the total scale of the skill performance rating scale in the training program. The opinions of specialists regarding the designs implemented in the training program are positive.
