Studies On Wilt Disease Of Chickpea In A.R.E

This work has been carried out to isolate and identify the causal organisms of chickpea wilt disease and to investigate their pathogenic capabilities. the effect of some agricultural practices i.e. sowing dates , fertilizers and varieties on the disease incidence under field conditition was also studied. pectolytic and cellulolytic enzymes activities of the main pathogens of chickpea wilt disease which are responsible of decomposing pectin and cellulose which found in the plant cells chiefly in the middle lamella and secondary wall were studied.
