Abstract:
The present study will deal with different issues and dimensions concerning food problems in Egyptian economy with special reference to major cereal crops i. e. wheat, maize, and rice, as the most important food and feedstuffs in that economy, in terms of nutritional conditions for avearge Egyptian consumer.
