The Effect Of Water And Salt Regimes On Some Physical And Mineralogical Properties Of Soils

This hypothesis will be tested on soils from the san el-hagar area. the soils of this area, being close to the mediterranean sea on one hand, and have been to the mediterranean sea on one hand, and have been subjected in some parts to some reclamation procedures on the other, offer diversified soil water-salt regimes. normal soils from el-giza and el-zagazig were also taken up in this study for comparison. for some mineralogical treatments, wyoming bentonite and goergia kaolinite were investigated as reference points to soil clays.
