Economical Studies on Productive Tratts of Some Chicken Breeds

In spite of the great development of the poultry industry, few economic studies have been conducted in lelation to the productive performance and the impacts on the poultry industry, in Egypt. The present study is an attempt to determine the economic implcation of the productive performance with respect to egg production. the aim of the study was to identify which of the commercial layer strains realize the highest economic performace. The costs per egg were used for comparison between the studied strains in order to establish a plan to lower such costs.
