Abstract:
THE FIRST PART WAS CARRIED OUT AS AN ATTEMPT TO PRODUCE FILLED CREAM OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY. THE SUITABILITY OF A SEMI SOLID OIL (PALM OIL) AND A LIQUID OIL (CORN OIL) OR A BLEND OF BOTH FOR THIS PURPOSE WAS EXAMINED.
