The study of spatial analysis and evaluation of the efficiency of governmental health services in Abu Kabeer district (Sharkia Governorate) is an important matter, because it is related to the health of the population. The study dealt with evaluating the efficiency of the distribution of governmental health services according to local planning standards, and also discussed the problems of governmental health services in the study area, and the study concluded many results, including the inefficiency of the number of governmental hospitals in Abu Kabeer district, and it was found that governmental health facilities suffer from many problems, the most important of which are the lack of medicines, the medical equipment, the lack of beds and the shortage of human resources including doctors, nurses and technicians. The study concluded with many recommendations, including increasing the number of hospitals and increasing the number of beds and human resources in study area
