Abstract:
THIS TRADITIONAL PROCESS IS PERFORMED BEFORE MILLING IN order TO REDUCE GRAIN BREAKAGE DURING MILLING,IN ADDITION TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF RICE QUALITY. BUT, NO INFORMATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ABOUT PROCESSING RICE BY PARBOILING METHOD AFTER HARVEST BEFORE DRYING THEN STORED THIS RICE UNTILL MILLING.
