Microbiological Studies On Some Dairy Products

The Incidence of the sporformers, coliforms and staphylococci in raw milk obtained from which was supplied to misr milk and food company in domiate at different periods.the presence of the above mentioned microorganisms was detected in the pasteurized milk, zabadi, domiati cheese and ras cheese in order to assws their quality and to visulize on hygienic conditions which was adopted in the factory.
