The book is divided into six main chapters. The first chapter covers the historical origins of squash, including some facts about the sport, its pre-squash era, and its establishment at Harrow School. It then examines squash in England and the United States, the beginnings of the World Squash Federation, modern squash, and its future globally and in Egypt. The second chapter, for the first time, explores the dynamic movement of squash equipment. The authors discuss the dynamic behavior of the squash ball in terms of its structure and the factors affecting its trajectory. They also examine the dynamic structure of the squash racket, including its dimensions, dynamic weight, and strings. The chapter also addresses squash players' footwear. The third chapter delves into the physiological aspects of squash movements, focusing on energy production systems and their suitability for players. The authors also discuss the physiological responses of squash players, including metabolic and hormonal responses, and the body's response to oxygen debt. This chapter covers squash, the thermal responses of squash players, the body's responses to energy expenditure in squash players, cardiovascular injuries during squash play, and muscle fatigue in squash. It also addresses some important physiological tests for squash players. Chapter Four examines the biomechanical approach to squash movements, focusing on the role of biomechanical factors, including the principles of biomechanics and the general theory of biomechanics. This chapter also covers the role of muscles in squash, the muscles and joints involved, and presents models of electrical activity for some muscles involved in certain squash skills. Chapter Five explores the psychological approach to squash movements, examining the motor behavior of squash players, motor learning and control, and motor development. It includes practical examples of these topics and provides theoretical and practical training for mental skills in squash. Chapter Six deals with the applications of kinesiology in sports injuries sustained by squash players, as well as methods of prevention and rehabilitation. The injury.
