Abstract:
Das Tabakmosaik-Virus (tobaco mosaic virus, TMV) wurde in nicht inokulierten Bereichen von uberempfindlichen, das N-Gen enthaltenden Nicofiam-Formen durch ELISA und Gewebetransplantation nach mechanischer Inokulation der Blitter nachgewiesen. Es wird angenommen, daB sich das TMV in solchen Pflanzen ohne Bildung,, reifer" Viruspartikel ausbreitet.
