Abstract:
This survey was undertaken to determine the average amins contents of commercially processed foods in Egypt and alsd of imported foods to Egypt. The proplem at hand undertaken to fulfill the following points: 1- Survey study to evaluate the average of amines content of commercially proocessed foods in Egypt. 2- Survey study to evaluate the avarage of amines content of imported processed foods to Egypt. 3- Studing and evaluation of the average of amines content of sausage as meat products and fiseekh as fish product which labprepared.
