Abstract:
The present investigation aimed to study: Some comparative physiological investigations between sensitive arabi and tolerant giza 159 rice cultivares from seedling stage to maturity including chemical composition of the grains under salinization and normal conditions. The possibility to alleviate the injurious salinity effects on both cultivares by using kinetin, cycocel and their combination. Such stydy may be of value in understanding some aspects ot the physiology of salt toleranec and susceptibility that may be promising in practice accordingly.
