Abstract: Among the grants of God in this vast universe are His cosmic signs, which operate according to His planning and will, when the successor on earth uses what serves him from the environment, air, water, and other things that have been provided for him. But if the successor changes and distorts the gifts of God, this will harm the successor.
And we - in our time - are reaping the results of the harmful human activities of the past and present, as well as the misuse that has been cultivated. Climate change, which nations fear, is not a new phenomenon, but rather a topic of discussion and concerns that emerged in the early 19th century. Its roots are deep and have lasted for a long time, and there is a need for scientists and specialists to exert all their efforts to provide every benefit to nations.
The various factors of corruption leading to the phenomenon of global warming are a relentless bleeding, with human activity still contributing despite all warnings, guidance, and instructions about the danger of confronting this psychologically painful warning. Among the most important factors that help increase and spread the phenomenon of global warming are air, water, and soil pollution.
The research aims to attempt to mitigate potential damages by warning about them in advance, providing practical solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with fossil fuel use, and reaching jurisprudential solutions during times of climate change crisis and cold weather.
The research then reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: reducing greenhouse gas emissions, addressing biodiversity loss, supporting less wealthy countries, reducing consumption so that the poor can benefit from the remaining non-renewable resources of the earth, conserving water, prohibiting deforestation, avoiding extravagance and waste especially in food and drink, recycling waste by repairing and using it or giving it to others, agricultural reform, and returning to traditional rural or wild life.
