| Abstract: |
This research aspired to show the research some of the harms that led to the disruption of many jobs and tasks, including: unemployment, including: isolation and lack of meeting, including: undermining moral issues, including: loss of other opinions, including: rising costs of artificial intelligence, including: paving and facilitating Electronic crimes, including: the risk of inaccuracy in data.
The research then presented a number of legal treatments and guarantees supported by Qur’anic texts and jurisprudential rules: such as proving a financial guarantee from the manufacturer or developer for the human worker if he is replaced by a robot, and treating artificial intelligence means like giants in not assuming responsibility. However, the prophetic texts stated that joint responsibility is attributed to humans. In the crimes of giants, it is preferable to refrain from technical development, otherwise it will become a fierce war between humans and machines, Accompanying the necessary guarantees in the stages of development of artificial intelligence, preserving the secrets of users of artificial intelligence tools, and creating a solidarity confrontation between manufacturers, producers and users to confront cybercrime by taking several various measures: Such as promoting good awareness and education, electronic models for various statutory laws and legislation, as well as electronic models with their diversity - whenever necessary -, reviewing international cooperation in combating electronic diversity, and providing electronic security and a book on electronics and data.
Then came the recommendations: I recommend a study on measuring the extent of ethics in robots. I recommend a specialized study of the Egyptian Charter for Responsible Artificial Intelligence, prepared by the National Council for Artificial Intelligence, which contains two parts: the first: general guidelines, and the second: executive guidelines.
Key words:
Legal responsibility - artificial intelligence - users - developers – manufacturers
