Abstract:
Both Er:YAG and diode lasers are effective for gingival depigmentation. Er:YAG provides better patient comfort, while diode lasers offer superior hemostasis and handling. Both modalities represent reliable minimally invasive approaches for esthetic management of gingival hyperpigmentation.
