Abstract:
Scientific studies indicate that biologically active compounds are present in medicinal plants, and antioxidant agents are effective in treating a number of diseases, including cancer. Objectives: This study aimed to assess the potential protective effects of myricetin in a chemically induced model of oral squamous cell carcinoma in hamsters, exploring myricetin as a preventive agent for populations at high risk of developing OSCC.
