Studies on Some Simulated Milk Products\

The present work was carried out to study the most suitable conditions for extracting the components of peanut seeds in water and whey. Meanwhile, the compositional properties and utilization of the resultant extracts in making filled, fermented milks and some cheese types, were investigated.
