This research aims to: “Use some biomechanical indicators of the pivot foot while shooting with the inside foot as a basis for developing technical exercises in football” by arriving at: - The biomechanical indicators most closely related to the pivot foot while shooting with the inside foot - Suggesting technical exercises according to the biomechanical indicators most relevant to the anchor foot while shooting with the inner side of the foot. The research sample consisted of (3) players who were chosen intentionally from the players of Smouha Club in Alexandria Governorate and registered with the Egyptian Football Association for the 2021/2022 sports season. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach based on biomechanical analysis, and the force measurement platform Force Platform. Using a computer and using (3) “Fastic Imaging” video cameras with a frequency of 120 fps, synchronized with a force measuring platform, the research sample was photographed to identify some biomechanical indicators of the fulcrum foot and to develop technical exercises for the skill under research. The researchers used less statistical treatments. Value - largest value - arithmetic mean - standard deviation - coefficient of skewness - coefficient of kurtosis - Pearson's correlation coefficient. The following was the researchers' conclusion: 1. For various moments (starting moment, maximum damping, contact break), there is a statistically significant correlation between some (biomechanical) indicators of the fulcrum foot under investigation and the maximum horizontal speed of the ball (Y), with a calculated value of (R) ranging between (0.533, 0.901).
