The current study aimed to reveal the differences between female student teachers (kindergarten - nursery) in psychological security, mental wandering, and academic procrastination. The current study also seeks to reveal the correlation between these three variables among female student teachers, in addition to predicting mental wandering and academic procrastination from Through their psychological security, and to achieve this goal, the research sample consisted of (600) female student teachers from the third and fourth grades in the kindergarten and nursery divisions at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Zagazig University. The researcher used the following tools: the psychological security scale (prepared by the researcher), the mental wandering scale (Prepared by the researcher), academic procrastination scale (prepared by the researcher). The results resulted in: There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of female student teachers at the College of Early Childhood Education (kindergarten - nursery) in the total score of the psychological security scale and its three dimensions. There were statistically significant differences between the average scores of female student teachers at the College of Early Childhood Education (kindergarten). Children - Nursery) in his total score, and these differences were at a significance level of 0.01, as these differences trended in favor of the female student teachers in the nursery section in the mental wandering scale, There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of female student teachers at the College of Early Childhood Education (kindergarten - nursery) in their total grade, and these differences were at a significance level of 0.01, as these differences tend to favor the female student teachers in the nursery section, and that is in the measure of academic procrastination. There is an inverse correlation. There is an inverse correlation between the scores of female student teachers (kindergarten - nursery) on two scales (psychological security - mental wandering). There is an inverse correlation between the scores of female student teachers on the psychological security and academic procrastination scales. There is a positive correlation between the scores of female student teachers (kindergarten - nursery) on Two measures (mental wandering - academic procrastination), and there is a statistically significant effect of psychological security on mental wandering and academic procrastination among female student teachers These values indicate that the higher the psychological security scores among female student teachers, the lower their scores in mental wandering, and that the higher the mental flexibility among female student teachers, the higher their scores in their sense of psychological security.
