This research aimed to identify the general characteristics of the surveyed farmers. identify the sources of information of the surveyed farmers on climate change. identify the extension activities provided to the surveyed wheat farmers. determine the degree of implementation of the farmers to reduce the effects of climate change (temperature. humidity. drought. wind and rain) on the wheat crop. and the factors associated with them. and determine the degree of contribution of the variables with a moral link in explaining the total variation to the degree of implementation of farmers practices to reduce the effects of climate change (degrees Heat. humidity. drought (wind rain) on wheat crop. Identifying the problems facing the respondents related to the negative effects of climate change from their point of view. and identifying the proposals of the surveyed farmers to reduce the effects of climate change in wheat cultivation from their point of view. The research was conducted on a random sample of (354 respondents). Of the total number of (4566 farmers) in three villages in the centers of: Faqus, Abu Hammad, and Ibrahimiyah, with the largest village in each center in the number of wheat farmers, which is: (Al-Didamon in Faqus Center, Al-Asadiya in Abu Hammad Center, and Al-Fawzia in Ibrahimiyah Center), To achieve the research objectives, data were collected using a questionnaire and personal interviews with the surveyed farmers during (January and February 2025). after conducting a pre-test on (30 farmers) wheat farmers. and the data was analyzed using the table presentation with frequencies. percentages. weighted arithmetic mean. and simple coefficient correlation (Pearson). in addition to using the gradual stepwise multiple regression analysis "step wise" to determine the relative contribution ratio of the independent variables studied. The most important results were: that More than two-thirds of the farmers surveyed (72.6%) have a medium and low level of exposure to information sources. It was also found that 42.1% of the farmers surveyed mentioned the provision of agricultural extension activities to reduce the negative effects of climate change on wheat yield to a high degree (40-52 degrees). and the most important of these activities were: carrying out pest control. diseases and echoes that affect wheat with a weighted average (113.7 degrees). and providing high-productivity wheat varieties that are resistant to diseases and echoes with a weighted average (102.1 degrees). It was also found that the majority of respondents (91.2%) belong to the high implementation category (67-80 degrees). and it was found that there are seven independent variables that affect by (44.3%) the total degree of implementation of the surveyed farmers of practices to reduce the effects of climate change on the wheat crop: the degree of exposure to information sources. the number of years of experience in wheat cultivation. the degree of providing extension activities. informal social participation. wheat crop area
