The research aimed to identify the impact of using the strategy of educational stations on the orientation of the goal (task orientation - ego orientation) and learn some of the skills of the mind device (upstart - Front hip circle - swinged descent Underswing) in gymnastics for students of the second year of the faculty, and the researcher used the experimental approach on a sample of (40) students in the second year at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys - Zagazig University, and they were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other a control strength of each (20) students, and from Research tools: target orientation scale - physical tests - intelligence test - evaluation of the level of technical performance of some skills of the mind apparatus - educational program using the strategy of educational stations, and the following statistical methods were used: arithmetic mean - standard deviation - median - torsion coefficient - test "T" - simple correlation coefficient - improvement rates. Among the most important results: 1- The use of the strategy of educational stations has a statistically significant positive effect at the level of (0.05) on the orientation of the goal (mission orientation - ego orientation) and the level of performance of the skills of the mind device (upstart - Front hip circle - underswing landing) in gymnastics for second-year college students. 2- affects the learning style of the matter positively statistically at the level of (0.05) on the level of performance of the skills of the mind in gymnastics while does not positively affect statistically the direction of the goal (direction of the task - direction of the ego) for students of the second year of the college. 3- Increasing the effectiveness of the strategy of educational stations in teaching about the method of learning by order in positively affecting the direction of the goal and the level of performance of the skills of the mind in gymnastics for students of the second year of the faculty.
