The research aims to use participatory e-learning based on the interactive mobile application Telgram and know its impact on the cognitive and skill achievement of some skills in table tennis and the development of positive social behavior. They were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other control, each consisting of (18) students. Data collection tools Physical tests - skill tests - cognitive achievement test - scale of prosocial behavior - educational program... Statistical treatments: arithmetical mean - standard deviation - median - torsion coefficient - T test - coefficient of correlation . The most important results: 1- The use of the participatory e-learning method has a positive impact on the level of cognitive and skill achievement of the table tennis skills under study and positive social behavior. 2- The use of the command learning method has a positive impact on the level of cognitive and skill achievement of the table tennis skills under study and positive social behavior. 3- The experimental group (participatory electronic learning) outperformed the control group (command-learning style) in the dimensional measurements in the level of cognitive and skill achievement of the table tennis skills under study and positive social behavior. recommendations: 1- Using the participatory e-learning method to raise the level of knowledge and skill achievement of the table tennis skills under research and the positive social behavior of the fourth year students at the Faculty of Physical Education, Girls of Zagazig University. 2- Training faculty members and their assistants in the Games Department at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Zagazig University, on the use of collaborative e-learning strategies.
