The current research aimed to develop the cognitive achievement, skill performance and quality of the final product of the skills of producing digital audio learning resources for educational technology students by designing an e-project environment based on the interaction between two e-review summarization strategies (group/collaborative) and cognitive style (rigidity/flexibility), and to reveal the impact of this interaction on the development of cognitive and performance aspects and the quality of the final product of the skills. The research sample consisted of 60 male and female students from the first semester of the Department of Educational Technology, Faculty of Quality Education, Zagazig University, who were randomly selected and divided into four experimental groups. The current research came up with several findings, including: There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between the mean scores of the students in the post-application of the cognitive aspect, the performance aspect and the quality of the final product of the skills of producing digital audio learning resources due to the main effect of the difference in the e-review summarization strategy in the e-projects environment in favor of the collaborative e-review summarization strategy, There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0, 05) between the mean scores of the students in the dimensional application of the cognitive aspect, the performance aspect and the quality of the final product of the production skills of digital audio learning resources is due to the main effect of the difference in cognitive style (rigid / flexible) in the e-project environment in favor of the flexible cognitive style, there is no effect of the interaction between the research variables in cognitive achievement, while there is an interaction effect between the research variables in the dimensional application of the observation card and the product evaluation card in favor of the experimental group that studied using the electronic review summary strategy (collaborative) and cognitive style (flexible) over the other groups.
