Abstract:
E-commerce website evaluation is a complex multiple-criteria decision-making problem because of the interconnectedness and interdependence of multiple criteria. This problem involves vast amounts of uncertainty, imprecision, incompleteness, and contradictory evaluation data. Therefore, this study proposes a multi-criteria e-commerce website quality evaluation model to overcome this problem to select the best websites according to certain criteria. This study proposes a hybrid model that combines Triangular Neutrosophic Number (TNN) with Entropy and the TODIM method. The Triangular Neutrosophic Number is used to address all uncertainty and complex evaluation information. Entropy is used to assign weight to each criterion, and TODIM is used to rank the ecommerce website.
