Educational services are essential and primarily targeted to the population. Therefore, recent applied geographical trends have focused their attention on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of public service facilities, primarily educational services. Our study on the mechanism of the spatial and cartographic analysis of the nature, relevance, and adequacy of basic education schools' educational services at the Diarb Negm Centre is based on specific criteria. The study of population distribution and distribution of pre-university schools found that there was some balance between the distribution of educational services and the ratios of population distribution at the level of local units, except for a greater concentration of secondary schools (General-technical) in the town of Diarb Negm. Indicators of class density and teacher numbers in proportion to students, with the use of spatial analysis tools provided by the GIS environment in the ARCGIS program, indicated that the Centre's educational services were fairly distributed among the majority of the Centre, except for some shortcomings in primary and secondary schools (General -Technical), which needs the reconsideration of the establishment of new schools, developing the existing schools to reduce the density of students, eliminating the system of two terms and presenting a strong and competitive.
