The current research aims to identify the level of the degree of the phenomenon of cyberbullying in its two forms (the victim - the bully) and the percentage of its prevalence among social network users of general secondary and university education students, as well as revealing the existence of differences in cyberbullying in its two forms in the light of some demographic variables represented in (educational stage, gender, place of residence, number of family members, and level of use of social networks). The total sample consisted of (1570) participants (599 secondary school students, 971 students of the Faculty of Education at Zagazig University), and the cyberbullying scale was applied to them (prepared by the researchers). Using the appropriate statistical methods through the program (SPSS 25); The following results were reached: There is a low level of cyberbullying behavior in its two forms (the victim - the bully) among secondary school students and students of the Faculty of Education - Zagazig University, and its prevalence is also very low and represents (1%, 3%) over The overall sample level as victims and as bullies, respectively. And that secondary school students are more bullying and vulnerable to cyberbullying than university students, and that male students are more bullying and vulnerable to cyberbullying as well than female students at the two stages, and that students who live in urban areas are more bullying and vulnerable to cyberbullying than students who live in the countryside, and that students whose number ranges from Their families are between (3-5) members who are more vulnerable to cyberbullying than students whose family members consist of more than (5) members. And that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean rank scores of secondary school and university students in the cyberbullying scale, (the victim form) in the field of family and relatives only, and in all subscales of (the bully form) due to the number of family members. And that the students who use the most social networking sites in general at the two stages are more vulnerable to cyberbullying than their peers who use these sites less, while there are no statistically significant differences between the mean rank scores of secondary school and university students in the cyberbullying scale (the bully form) in all The subscales and the overall score of the scale are due to the level of social media use.
