Assessment of Coracoclavicular Ligament Healing on MRI After Arthroscopic TightRope Fixation for Acute Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation.

Abstract:
The study aimed to evaluate the healing of the coracoclavicular ligament following arthroscopic TightRope fixation in patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocations. In a retrospective analysis of 33 patients, significant improvements were observed in functional outcomes, with Constant-Murley scores rising from 34.1 to 93.3 and UCLA scores from 8.7 to 32.9. Additionally, the coracoclavicular distance decreased from 21.8 mm to 10.6 mm, and MRI confirmed healing of the ligament in all patients, indicating that TightRope fixation is an effective treatment option with favorable outcomes and minimal complications.
