In recent decades, the visual arts have witnessed radical transformations that have transcended classical boundaries, which have long restricted creativity to the confines of form, material, and technical skill. Among these transformations, conceptual art has emerged as a revolutionary movement that emphasizes not aesthetic values as much as it emphasizes and emphasizes the idea as the essence of the artwork. Sculpture has reshaped itself through its interaction with conceptual art, leading to the creation of a new visual language that transcends the boundaries of tradition and familiarity. Conceptual art is one of the arts that has attracted many artists in the modern era, due to its philosophical and intellectual content. Conceptual artists are interested in a wide range of information and topics that cannot be simply combined into one thing. Conceptual art relies on the content of the idea to be expressed as the primary goal of artistic expression. Its formative and expressive foundations differ from those of other arts. Contemporary sculpture is no longer merely a three-dimensional work placed on a base or in a museum. Rather, it has become an artwork that carries philosophical and social ideas. It has merged with conceptual trends, transcending traditional form and focusing on content and ideas, becoming a means of raising questions and presenting intellectual visions and perceptions using unfamiliar materials. Through this approach, the research seeks to explore the potential of utilizing the trends of conceptual art and contemporary sculpture to produce a new visual language that transcends the boundaries of tradition and familiarity in the art of sculpture in terms of form and idea. It also seeks to open horizons for students of the art of sculpture to a deeper understanding of the concept of conceptual art, thus enhancing their ability to design and implement sculptural works that bear a clear conceptual character, while simultaneously preserving the formative and aesthetic values that constitute the essence of sculptural work. Contemporary art has witnessed radical transformations in form and content, specifically in the field of sculpture and conceptual art, where art has transcended the boundaries of traditional aesthetics to express content, ideas and concepts. Despite the developments in thought witnessed in the field of sculpture, sculptural trends in many research fields are still confined within traditional molds that elevate manual skill and aesthetic form at the expense of idea and content, and vice versa, where interest is given to the idea at the expense of form, with the idea not being clear. This is what I have observed with researchers and students of sculpture at the diploma and introductory levels. In light of this, what is included in conceptual art (which gives the idea a central place in the artwork, transcending the traditional form) has been utilized to create a new visual vision outside the boundaries of traditional sculpture. This is done by emphasizing the importance of the formative and aesthetic values of the sculptural work, while benefiting from the role of conceptual art in highlighting the idea and content of the work without overwhelming the idea, and how to achieve a visual and intellectual balance that guarantees a clear conceptual meaning.
