The research aims to develop a program based on visual technology using virtual reality to develop the skill and cognitive aspects of the triple jump competition for the sample under study. The researcher used an experimental approach using an experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other control, using pre-test and post-test measurements, as appropriate for the nature of this research. The research community is represented by students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Zagazig University. The research sample was chosen intentionally from the second-year students of the academic year (2023/2024 AD). The research sample consisted of (45) students, and they were divided into two groups, one of which was experimental and numbered (15) students, and the other was a control group and numbered (15) students. A number of (15) students were drawn as a survey sample, in order to calculate the scientific coefficients of the tests used. In research and cognitive testing, and through the research hypotheses that were achieved and in accordance with what was indicated by the results of the statistical analysis and in light of the presentation and discussion of the results and within the limits of the research sample and the tools used, the researcher was able to reach the conclusion that: 1- Visual technology using virtual reality has a statistically significant effect on the learning of the triple jump skill among students in the College of Physical Education. 2- Visual technology using virtual reality has a statistically significant effect on the cognitive achievement level of the triple jump skill among students in the College of Physical Education
