The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program proposed in the graduation project course based on the Common Knowledge Construction Model for develop the research competencies and the tendency towards teamwork among fourth-year students at the Faculty of Education, Based on this, a research group was selected consisting of (72) male and female students in the (Chemistry - Psychology) departments in the first and second semesters of the academic year 2024-2025 AD, The two research tools were (the Research Competencies Scale and the Tendency towards Teamwork Scale), The research used the experimental method based on a semi-experimental design with one group, where the two research tools were applied beforehand, then the proposed training program was taught to the group, and after completion the two research tools were applied a later, The results found that the effectiveness of the training program proposed in the graduation project course based on the Common Knowledge Construction Model for develop the research competencies and the tendency towards teamwork for the students of the research group, and There was a positive correlation between the scores of the research group’s students on the research competencies scale and their scores on the tendency towards teamwork scale, The research recommends conducting training courses in scientific research skills and statistical processing for third-year students, so that they can complete their graduation project well in the fourth year and in a way that helps in their future professional development.
