The study aimed to reduce neurotic perfectionism among gifted deaf students by developing a training program to enhance their self-determination skills. The research sample consisted of 14 students from the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University, aged between 18 and 21 years. They were divided into two groups: an experimental group of 7 students of both genders, and a control group of 7 students of both genders. They were administered the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale, the Self-Determination Skills Scale (prepared by the researcher), the Neurotic Perfectionism Scale (prepared by Abdel-Muttalib Al-Quraity et al., 2015), and the training program used (prepared by the researcher). The results indicated the effectiveness of the training program in enhancing self-determination skills in reducing neurotic perfectionism among gifted deaf students, and its effectiveness continued after the program ended and during the follow-up period.
