The research aims to design an educational program using the Scamper strategy and find out its impact on the development of some creative thinking skills and improve the level of skill performance of breaststroke, and the researchers use the experimental approach using the experimental design of two groups, one experimental and the other control by following the pre- and post-measurements for each of the two groups and represent the research community of fourth-year students at the Faculty of Physical Education, Benha University, School Sports Division. The number of 235 students, and the researchers selected the research sample intentionally, and the strength of (60) students, were divided into two groups, one experimental strength of (20) students and the other control strength of (20) students and applied to them the traditional method followed, and the number (20) students to conduct exploratory studies. The findings of the study revealed the following: 1- 1- The use of Scamper's strategy positively affected the level of skill performance of breaststroke and the development of some creative thinking skills among fourth-year students, "school sports" division. 2- The traditional educational program followed (verbal explanation and practical model performance) contributed in a positive way to the development of some creative thinking skills and the level of skill performance of breaststroke. 3- The experimental group that used the proposed program under research outperformed the control group in improving the level of skill performance of breaststroke and developing some creative thinking skills.The results of the level of safe attachment in swimming among children increased.
