The research aimed to identify the impact of the use of virtual classrooms in the distance learning environment and to identify through it: The development of teaching competencies for male students - percentages of improvement in the teaching efficiency of male students. The researcher used the experimental method and the sample included (60) students, an exploratory sample of (10) students was drawn randomly to find scientific transactions and exploratory experiments on them, so the basic sample became (50) students who were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other controlling the strength of each group ( 25) female student. A questionnaire was used to survey the opinions and impressions of the students about the use of virtual reality technology as tools for data collection. Among the most important results were: • There were statistically significant differences between the two measurements before and after for the experimental group of female students in the teaching efficiency note card in favor of the post measurement. • The experimental group outperformed the control group in the improvement rates for the Teaching Efficiency Note Card. • Virtual reality technology has contributed in a positive way to providing female students with the teaching competency required to implement the physical education lesson in a healthy and enjoyable way.
