The current study aimed to identify the relationship between occupational stress and the meaning of life for physicians,and to identify the differences between Occupational stress and the meaning of life for physicians according to the variable (sex,specialization,and years of professional experience),as well as to identify the possibility of predicting the meaning of life from some dimensions of occupational stress among Doctors,and in order to achieve this goal,the research was conducted on a sample of (100) male and female physicians from the specializations(internal medicine, surgery),and after applying the scales of occupational stress among physicians and the meaning of life,the most important results showed that there is a statistically significant negative correlation between occupational stress and the meaning of life for physicians.There are statistically significant differences in occupational stress between male and female physicians in favor of female physicians,as well as the presence of statistically significant differences between the average degrees of occupational stress among physicians, according to the variable of specialization in favor of internal medicine physicians,and according to the variable of years of professional experience in favor of years of experience less than ten years.The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of meaning of life for physicians according to the variable of gender, specialization,and years of professional experience.The results indicated that the variable of work environment stress predicts the meaning of life for physicians.
