The current study aimed to measure the relationship between organizational memory, which was represented by (procedural memory - personal memory of individuals - technological memory - and archives) and levels of organizational learning, by applying it to workers in public administrations at the Universities of Mansoura and Zagazig. Using a survey list, data related to the variables of the study were collected from Through a stratified random sample of (355) individuals working in these departments, and using the path analysis method, the main results of the study revealed that there is a positive relationship between procedural memory, the personal memory of individuals, the archive, and both levels of organizational learning, while it was found that there is no significant positive relationship. Between technological memory and any of the levels of organizational learning, the study concluded with a discussion of the results and their implications, the study recommendations, its limitations, and future studies.
