This research aimed to design a proposed educational program using virtual classroom technology to improve cognitive achievement and certain skill-related variables in basketball for pupils in basic education, The researcher used the experimental method as it is appropriate for the nature of the study, specifically adopting a pre-post experimental design with two groups: one experimental group and one control group, The research sample was intentionally selected from the research population, consisting of fifth-grade pupils at Mohammed Ismail Al-Ghanem Boys School in the State of Kuwait during the academic year 2023/2024, with a total of 40 pupils, The most important findings of the study were as follows: The educational program based on virtual classroom systems, applied to the experimental group and aimed at developing basketball skills, had a positive effect on learning outcomes related to offensive basketball skills.،The traditional educational program (based on explanation and demonstration), applied to the control group and focusing on verbal explanation of the skills under investigation, also had a positive effect.،However, there was greater improvement in the post-tests compared to the pre-tests for both groups, with the experimental group outperforming the control group, This improvement was observed in physical, skill, and cognitive measurements, especially in the offensive basketball skills targeted by the study
