Abstract: |
Contemporary art is witnessing advanced and rapid transformations in the tools and materials used. Artists have transcended the traditional boundaries of the media used, turning to exploring new materials that reflect the philosophies of time, transformation, and interaction with nature. Expressing with rust in print portraiture is a creative approach that transcends the limits of experimentation with materials and into a deeper expressive realm. Portraits are among the visual forms most closely connected to the essence of humanity. They are not limited to recording external features alone, but also penetrate the inner self and reveal internal emotions. Therefore, they are the oldest form of expression of the human self and drama. Interior.
Portrait is a French word meaning the art of drawing people in a painting or sculpture as a representation of them. It displays the character as an expression of their mood, usually in a fixed, direct position for the painter or photographer.
In this exhibition, the researcher means by portraiture an expression of the human face of a woman, with its various features, from multiple viewing angles. The researcher uses printing and dyeing with iron rust to highlight the expressive values and symbolic connotations that reflect the psychological state or mood. The art of collage is characterized by its multiple formative possibilities, including techniques such as cutting, pasting, overlapping, weaving, dissection, addition, and stenciling, in constructing and composing the structure of the figure and background. The portrait's composition is constructed according to a precise structural system and calculated spaces. Through the distribution of color and texture, the researcher relies on the construction of forms that express creative ability.
