Liver resection is the gold standard curative procedure for primary or secondary hepatobiliary cancers. It produces the best predictive results. An efficient technique carried out before substantial hepatic resection is portal vein embolization (PVE). Our study's purpose is to inquire about PVE indications, patient selection criteria, technique, post-procedural problems, and clinical results prior to right hepatectomy.
