Abstract: The current research aimed to develop productive thinking skills and improve mindfulness among prep school students, by using the Entrepreneurial science thinking model in teaching two units in science for second-year prep school students in the first semester of the academic year 2023/2024. In light of this, a research sample consisting of (60) female students were selected and divided into two groups, an experimental group (30) female students, and a control group (30) female students from om El-Abtal Girls Preparatory School, affiliated with the West Zagazig Educational Administration. The research tools were represented by the productive thinking skills test and the mindfulness scale. The research relied on the quasi-experimental design with two groups, The two research tools were applied to them first, then the two units were taught to them, and after completion the two research tools were applied afterward. The results indicated that the performance of the experimental group students in the post-test was superior to their performance in the pre-test and to the performance of the control group students with a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) in terms of developing productive thinking skills and improving their mindfulness. Results on the effectiveness of teaching science using the Entrepreneurial science thinking model in developing productive thinking skills and improving mindfulness among female students in the experimental group. The research presented a set of educational recommendations and research proposals in light of the results reached.
