The current study aimed to measure the mediating role of psychological contract violation in the relationship between bullying in the workplace and organizational silence in the directorates of services in Sharkia Governorate. The study has been implemented by surveying a sample of 384 employees and the collected data has been analyzed using suitable statistical techniques. Results revealed that there is positive and significant correlation between bullying in the workplace and both the violation of the psychological contract and organizational silence . There is also a partial mediation of psychological contract violation in the relationship between bullying in the workplace and organizational silence, and finally the study reviewed the theoretical and practical implications have been discussed.
