Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the aesthetics of light art in children's theater, and to reveal the variables caused by the relationship between light, shape and color, in addition to identifying the mechanism of forming the space of children's theater performances, and to reveal the techniques used in contemporary artworks, to escalate the aesthetic values of light and their impact on The plastic arts, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Black theater performances as a theatrical experience directed to the child, which achieved harmony through the use of theatrical scenes with black clothes on which phosphorous tubes are installed, and through the performance of the character and kinetic formations and the use of light and sound effects. The freedom of the actor in the occurrence of light and kinetic formations through: diffusion, disappearance, appearance or gradation, so the actor moves freely in the vacuum of the theater, where he appears while he is flying or separated through the appearance of parts of his body as if they are separate from him, due to the uniform and the phosphorous tubes surrounding him, And creating a variety of visual effects, through the aesthetic portrayal of theatrical performance space, so that the theater frame becomes a living, harmonious painting in which the actor participates with the rest of the elements of the show. theatrical, to bring it out in this aesthetic form.
