The Study aimed defining the effectiveness of integrating between the strategies of Cognitive Stimulants and mental visualization in developing the linguistic sense and mental motivation for hearing-impaired students in the faculty of Specific Education, and measuring its impact on developing their linguistic sense and mental motivation. The experimental method based on the quasi-experimental design with one group was Used, where the study group consisted of (40) Students. In order to test the impact of the program on developing the linguistic sense and mental motivation for the students of the study group, the test of linguistic sense skills and mental motivation scale were prepared and applying them on the students, before and after, it was found that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean of these Students' degrees before and after applying the test of the linguistic sense as a whole and its skills separately in favor of the post measurement, and the results also indicated that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean degrees of these students in the two measurements and the dimensionality of the mental motivation scale as a whole and its expressions separately in favor of the post-measurement, and the study concluded by presenting a number of recommendations and proposed researches.
