The aim of the research was to put suggested actions to Improving the organizational mental image to enhance the global competitiveness of Egyptian universities in light of digital innovation, The researcher used the Descriptive method which suits, The study nature and reached some results like: Digital innovation improves the organizational image of universities. The organizational image of the university is an important factor in attracting and retaining the best students, professors and employees. In addition, the university’s official website is the most powerful tool for promoting universities. It was also found that many Egyptian universities suffer from a lack of technological infrastructure necessary to support digital innovation, weak internet, lack of advanced computer devices and limited access to modern artificial intelligence programs and tools.
