The aim of the research was to put a proposed perspective to Enhance the Institutional Sustainability of Egyptian Universities in Light of Organizational Hybridization. The researcher used the Descriptive method which suits. The study nature and reached some results like: 1- Organizational hybridization increases the ability to generate effective results for universities, including making universities more sustainable, resilient, and innovative. 2- Organizational hybridity achieves multiple and contradictory sustainability goals at the same time. Without hybridization, universities will move towards achieving only homogeneous goals. 3- Organizational hybridity is one of the organizational means of confronting the tensions arising from the contradiction of forms, identities or logics in the future in order to achieve more sustainability. 4- Hybrid forms have emerged within universities, in response to the pluralistic university environment and institutional complexity. 5- The multiplicity of identities within hybrid universities leads to the emergence of a new identity
