The study mainly aims to benefit from Work Integrated Learning in South Africa and Australia in the development of entrepreneurship in Egyptian universities. In order to achieve this goal, the study used the "George Bereday" approach with its four steps (description, interpretation, interview, and comparison). Then the study dealt with the current status of the applications of Work Integrated Learning in each of the universities (South Africa and Australia) in the light of the forces and cultural factors, and this was followed by the step of comparative analysis, which consists of two parts, namely: the first part includes the interview between Work Integrated Learning in South Africa and Australia to reach the real hypothesis of the study, and the second part includes an explanatory comparison to reach the similarities and differences between in South Africa and Australia in light of the axes of the study, and their interpretation in the light of social sciences; To ensure the validity of the real hypothesis of the study, then the study tended after that to analyze the reality of the Egyptian efforts exerted in developing Entrepreneurship in Egyptian universities in the light of the concept of Work integrated learning, and the last step included the proposed procedures for the development of Entrepreneurship in Egyptian universities in the light of benefiting from Work integrated learning in South Africa and Australia, taking into account the Egyptian cultural context.
