The research aims to identify the concept of Magnet schools, to identify its impact on the development of primary Education, and to identify the most prominent features of the applications of Magnet schools at the primary stage in the United States of America, and the study used the comparative approach, and presented a comparative analysis of the magnet primary schools applications in Frederick Schools, Cincinnati schools, and Miami-Dade schools, and presenting the reality of Egyptian efforts exerted in developing primary education considering the concept of magnet schools, and revelation the most prominent obstacles facing primary education in Egypt. and the study reached proposed procedures to assist the Egyptian government in implementing magnet schools at the primary stage considering Benefiting from the experience of the United States of America in this field.
