Abstract:
المقدمة: تعتبر البكتيريا المعوية المقاومة للكاربابينيم (CRE) من مسببات الأمراض المثيرة للقلق بشكل خاص بسبب مقاومتها للمضادات الحيوية التي تُعَد الملاذ الأخير، وارتفاع معدلات الإصابة بها، ووفياتها. ومع خيارات العلاج المحدودة، أصبحت الخيارات العلاجية الجديدة متاحة لإدارة عدوى البكتيريا المعوية المقاومة للكاربابينيم. ولا تزال البيانات المتعلقة بفعالية هذه الخيارات الجديدة محدودة، وخاصة في دولة ذات دخل متوسط منخفض مثل مصر.تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم انتشار جينات الكاربابينيماز المختلفة بين عزلات البكتيريا المقاومة للمضادات الحيوية ومدى حساسية هذه العزلات للمضادات الحيوية الجديدة لتحسين سياسة المضادات الحيوية واستراتيجيات مكافحة العدوى في مصر
