Abstract: |
The aim of the current research is to develop a proposed vision for activating organizational improvisation practices among leaders at Zagazig University in light of the dynamic organizational capabilities approach. To achieve the research goal, the descriptive approach was followed, relying on questionnaire tools and an expert opinion poll. The research also addressed the theoretical foundation of organizational improvisation and the dynamic capabilities approach. From the perspective of contemporary administrative thought, the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (115) faculty members in the supporting units of accredited colleges at Zagazig University. The research reached several results, including: the presence of weakness and shortcomings in the development of dynamic organizational capabilities at Zagazig University, represented by (organizational integration capacity). With a arithmetical mean (1.3377), followed by the organizational learning ability with a arithmetical mean (1.3478), followed by the organizational restructuring ability with a arithmetical mean (1.3725), and finally the organizational sensing ability with a arithmetical mean (1.4391). There is also weakness and shortcomings in practicing the dimensions of organizational improvisation at Zagazig University, represented by In (Risk Perception) with a mean of (1.2522), followed by (Opportunity) with a mean of (1.3710), followed by (Innovation) with a mean of (1.3348), then (Adaptation) with a mean of (1.3928), then (Building the Solution) with a mean of (1.3217). ), and finally (intuition) with an arithmetic average of (1.3503). The research also found that there is a positive, statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (01.0) between all dimensions of (dynamic organizational capabilities) and the dimensions of (organizational improvisation). The higher the level of development and development of the dynamic organizational capabilities approach, the greater the level of organizational improvisation practice. at Zagazig University. In the end, the research presented a proposed vision for activating organizational improvisation practices among leaders at Zagazig University in light of the dynamic organizational capabilities approach, after presenting it to a group of arbitrators and the required amendments were made.
